This research essay focuses on the effect of nicotine specifically on teens in the U.S. Many teens participate in vaping because it's "cool" and "everyone else is doing it." I wrote this research essay to educate about its harmful effects of it.  

My sociology class assigns students to write an observation report almost every Thursday. For this report, I wrote about the sociological aspect behind embarrassment. 

This short essay was written for my first-year seminar class. We were assigned to write something we believe in other than religious attributes. I chose to write about self-care and its importance of it.
